and the beat goes on

Or so it goes.

Just starting to get the hang of blogging, so here goes.

Wanted to talk about the flu shot. Who cares? when I was a kid I had the flu like every year, still ticking. okay so like 30K-40K people die from the flu each year, and most of them are elderly or infants, what happened to population control. What do people want, everyone to live forever? would get a little crowded. you might have to start wars just to kill a few thousand people off so that the line at the local starbucks would be a little quicker.

After all the largest killer of them all is something we choose to do anyway, smoke. Smoking attributes to the death of 3 million people a year worldwide, almost 500,000 domestically. Now researchers are saying that they are close to finding a permanent cure to nicotine addiction (that would let you smoke without the addiction) but does that matter, or are people going to chose to smoke anyway. Personally I think they will continue to smoke "because I want to, not because I have to". We will talk more about his later.

Did you ever stop to think that there is a reason we can't find a cure for so many diseases? Maybe they were given to us by a higher power purely from the standpoint of population control. And also interesting is how something like AIDS is spread. Is it possible for me to get? sure. Is it likely? dont think so. I guess this is a gamble you take when entering into situations that expose you to these elements.

On the lighter side, I am working on a show for comedy central that seems like a cross between The Man Show , G4, and Geek Squad.

Just like all of the rest, we will see how this does.
